| Bio: | Name: Billy Evans Date of Birth: May 22nd, 1985 Age: 23 Race/Species: Gifted Human Hometown: Anjou, Quebec Physical description: Billy is a small little thing, skinny and not very impressive at only 5'7". His hair is black, and hangs in his face mostly. His skin is fair and his eyes are a very bright blue. Most people do not take him as a serious threat because of his frame, and his height, and his soft spoken manner. PB: Alex Evans Personality: Billy is a gentle soul, not the type to intend to hurt anyone. He likes to help others when he can, and has wanted to dedicate his life to serving the public. Although he's small, Billy is never afraid to run into the middle of the fray to lend a hand. Background: Billy comes from the kind of family you might read about in a whimsical comic book. Two parents, four children, and all of them have some kind of supernatural ability. Billy's dad can manipulate metal (ala Magneto), his mother has pyrokinesis, his eldest sister Kendra has super strength, his sister Libby (also older) is super fast and agile, and "Tuque" (baby sister Tammy) is telekinetic. Billy has the good fortune to share the speed and strength traits of both his older sisters, but neither of his abilities are as strong as theirs. He loses every arm wrestling match, every foot race. He doesn't mind, though- he can still always beat out Tuque. Billy has known his entire life what he was, and that he had to keep it a secret to keep himself and his family safe. He knew that his abilities was almost like cheating, so to be fair Billy never let himself join school teams or real competitions. And sadly, it was this notion that kept him from joining the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He knew that eventually people would get suspicious of his abilities, so instead of living out his dream to help others on a grand scale, he instead took jobs as temp security. He worked a variety of places, from private gated communities to concerts and clubs, even extremely rowdy sporting events. Employers are always skeptical of Billy when they first see him, despite his impressive resume (a robbery halted by himself, a potential riot stopped in its tracks), but it doesn't take much to win them over. He has charisma shining out from him like sunbeams. In 2005, when Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans in America, Billy knew that he needed to go. Even though he was only twenty, he had enough first aid training and experience to be an asset. So with his passport, a knapsack and his typical "can do" attitude, Billy headed down south to help the survivors. While in New Orleans, he met a lot of amazing and interesting people, and a few supernaturals as well. Maybe America was more loose about these things, but Billy had never met anyone (that he knew of) with supernatural abilities, yet down here he met dozens, all of whom had little issue talking about it. Of course they only kept it amongst themselves, but it amazed him to think that other people shared this secret as a community. So even though he knew he would miss his family, he got himself a work visa and stayed in America to find out more about his culture. Finding work was easy, like it had been in Canada, though with a few well placed connections he had an S grade on his resume- Supernatural friendly. Abilities: Has superhuman strength similar to that of an ant, and can lift things over a hundred times his weight. Also he can moves about 60% faster than the average human. Weaknesses: He's suseptible to all human ailments and diseases, and over-exertion of his abilities leaves him tired and he requires longer recovery than a normal human might.
